About Matthew

Matthew Brown is a videographer, filmmaker, actor, and photographer.  He has collaborated with many filmmakers at UNC Chapel Hill and UNC Greensboro in a wide range of pre, post, and production roles.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Film Production at UNC Greensboro in 2015.

Rogue Players

While Matthew was in Chapel Hill he helped to found the Rogue Players, a student-founded and community-inclusive theater troupe.  He performed the title role in a groundling style version of Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus. Since then The Rogue Players have continued to put on performances such as 2013's Pelleas et Melisande and 2014's Beautiful Child.

Independent Film

Most recently Matthew did audio for the independent film Ground and Pound.
